Client Profile

Leading European waste management company, focusing on turning waste into high-quality circular materials.

Project Scope

The company currently relies on a single lease supplier, resulting in limited transparency and uncertainty about competitiveness. Fleet management is fully outsourced, but the lack of visibility and advisory support leaves the company feeling out of control. The company has introduced an electric-only car policy since July 2023 and, as a result, has opened up to an unlimited brand policy.

Hudicor’s Approach

We launched a strategic sourcing project on lease cars and fleet management organisations, mapping where value is created across the chain – from OEMs and importers to dealers, leasing companies, and fleer management organisations.

Our fist step was to thoroughly assess the company’s internal needs and employees’ requirements. Next, we conducted a detailed analysis of the company car market and its country-specific regulations.

Based on these insights, we designed and executed an RFP process for both leasing companies and fleet management providers, with a focus on securing the best balance of pricing, quality, and service. In parallel, we negotiated directly with OEMs, importers, and dealers to capture additional value along the chain.

The outcome was a robust company car strategy and a competitive, yet flexible, car policy that met both business objectives and employee expectations.

The project delivered significant savings, enhanced service levels, and successfully aligned business objectives with employee expectations
