Client Profile
Global customer will co-invest into a 25MW biomass power plant to be operational by 2027. The company is in the process of negotiating a deal. To increase their leverage during negotiations, they needed a back-up plan for the offtake of the surplus capacity generated.
Project Scope
The project aims to analyse the European datacentre market and assess whether the presented collaboration opportunity could be of interest to a datacentre partner. The main goal was to identify alternatives for the for the current preferred solution to strengthen the client’s negotiating position.
