Hudicor’s approach

CFT approach: close collaboration with the technical/design team

Hudicor initiated sourcing projects across several targeted product categories. Each category began with a detailed internal analysis to capture key requirements, followed by an external market review to understand market dynamics and supplier capabilities, and to select the appropriate tendering procedure.

We ensure compliance with public procurement legislation in a complex environment.
